In Common Core Integrated Mathematics 2, students will solve problems that have real-world context that involve an introduction to proofs, congruency, line and angle properties, transformations, trigonometry, quadratics, real and imaginary number systems, inverse functions and probability.  The adopted textbook is very context and real-world problem driven; nearly all sections are motivated and taught through a real-life situation or simulation and mathematics is used to model, investigate and solve the problem presented.
