Prerequisite:  Grade of C or better in Common Core Integrated Math 3 or Pre-Calculus or Honors Pre-Calculus or teacher recommendation.
Recommended: It is highly recommended that students earn a B or better in the prerequisite course. Students should consult their current teacher for placement recommendation.
 

Requirement: As a condition of enrollment in an Advanced Placement course at OHS, students are expected to take the AP Exam offered in May.

The course is designed to introduce students to the major concepts and tools for collecting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data. Students are exposed to four broad conceptual themes: exploring data, planning a study, probability and statistical inference.  Students who successfully complete the course and examination may receive credit and/or advanced placement for a one-semester introductory college statistics course.  As a condition of your enrollment in an Advanced Placement course at OHS students are expected to take the AP Exam offered in May.
