Attention Future Broadcasters AND Future Sports Camera Operators! WHSPN, Woodcreek’s very own sports network is looking for Football & Basketball BROADCASTERS and CAMERA CREW. These are PAID positions, for all the home football and basketball games. (No away games.) No experience needed, we will train you to be your best. Senior Parking Spot for the 2019-2020 school year: To enter the lottery for a spot: Come to the OUTSIDE finance window TODAY during lunch ONLY with the Contract COMPLETELY filled out and signed by you and a parent, your Student ID Card, have NO fines on your account and $75 cash or check payable to WHS. Lottery drawing on Tuesday, May 28th during 2nd lunch in Room 603. Names will be drawn at that meeting and spots will be chosen then. Yearbook distribution: Students MUST pick up their yearbook AFTER SCHOOL on Friday, May 24th in the Quad. Check out the sales list posted in senior square and in the cafeteria to see if you need to pick up a yearbook. All students must have a photo ID to pick up their yearbook - no exceptions.
Spring Concert Large Ensemble & Choir TONIGHT (5/23) at 7:00pm in the WHS Theatre. Tickets are $8.00 at the door.
Freshmen Mentors Wanted: Would you like to help with Freshman Orientation? If you are a Junior or Senior can apply at - http://bit.ly/2019FroshMentor. For more information, contact Ms. Edmisten in room 122.
Medication Pick up: Parents, plan to stop in and pick up your students medication by Friday May 24, 2019. Any medication left at school on May 31st will be disposed.
No School Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day
Finals: Wednesday, May 29th (3rd & 4th) 7:45am to 12:05pm and Thursday May 30th (1st & 2nd) 7:45am to 12:05pm.
Project GET Mentors Wanted: If you enjoy learning about other cultures and helping others, consider being a ProjectGET Mentor. See Ms. Edmisten in room 122 for more information.
Final Transcripts: Pick up a Final Transcript form in Student Services located in the Attendance office or download from the schools website. Forms are due no later than 3:45pm on Tuesday, May 28th.
Lost & Found: Be sure to check the lost & found in Student Services (Attendance) before you leave for summer break. Lots of water bottles, keys, glasses, clothes, and so much more. Any items not claimed will be donated June 5th.
Text Books, Library Books & Chromebook Returns: Students are responsible for returning all items to the Library; be sure to have your student ID card with you. Freshman and Sophomores keep their Chromebooks. Only Juniors and Seniors need to return them. The Library is typically open 7:00am to 3:30pm M-F.
