The Commercial Music Project (CMP) invites you to the WHS theatre TONIGHT (5/16) at 7pm to enjoy everyone’s favorite songs: One-Hit Wonders! The concert showcases a variety of classic songs from Billboard’s Top 100. There's also a special surprise each night you will not want to miss!! Tickets are $10 at the door or in the WHS office.

Senior Picnic: Seniors interested in attending Senior Picnic on Monday, May 20th must pick up a permission slip from Mrs. Becker in the Assistant Principal’s office. A Parent signature is required! Permission slips are due no later than 3:45pm on Friday, May 17th to Mrs. Becker in the AP office.
Senior Parking Spot for the 2019-2020 school year: To enter the lottery for a spot: Come to the OUTSIDE finance window on 5/21, 5/22, or 5/23 during lunch ONLY with… the Contract COMPLETELY filled out and signed by you and a parent, your Student ID Card, have NO fines on your account and $75 cash or check payable to WHS. Lottery drawing on Tuesday, May 28th during 2nd lunch in Room 603. Names will be drawn at that meeting and spots will be chosen then. Yearbook distribution is almost here! Check out the sales list posted in senior square and in the cafeteria to see if you need to pick up a yearbook. Senior yearbook distribution will take place during senior picnic on May 20th in the RAC. School wide distribution will be after school in the quad on Friday the 24th. Seniors not attending the picnic will be able to get their yearbook then. All students must have a photo ID to pick up their yearbook - no exceptions. Student Clerk Needed at District Office: If you are a student looking for a summer job, apply to the Technology Department Student Clerk at the RJUHSD District Office! You will work 20-30 hours a week, at $12 an hour. You must be able to start immediately and work through August 2nd, 2019. No job experience is necessary. See Mrs. Lott in the Career Center for an application! Deadline to apply is May 21st, 2019.
Juniors and Seniors! We need tutors for the 2019/2020 school year. We are looking for students who can help tutor other students in all subjects but especially in Math, Science, English and Spanish. applications are located outside the College & Career Center. This is a paid position. Applications are due to Mrs. Hanley by May 17th at 3:00pm.
Senior Grad Survey: Seniors, please submit your Senior Grad Survey by Wednesday, May 22nd. It takes less than 2 minutes to complete. The survey is located at http://tinyurl.com/GradSurvey2019.
Class of 2019 Map: Seniors! Where are you headed next year? Whether it’s a 4 year college, community college, or the military, let Mrs. Lott know so she can add you to the “Where Are You Headed?” Map in the College & Career Center.

Volleyball (Girls) For all girls interested in playing volleyball next year, there will be a meeting in the gym lobby during lunch on Monday May 20th. If you can’t make it please see Mr. Jew in the PE Office.
Wrestling: Anyone interested in being a part of the WHS Wrestling team next year should attend a meeting in Mr. Grantham’s room (406) during lunch on Monday, May 20th to get information about summer workouts, weight training and conditioning. You can bring your lunch and eat during the meeting.
