AP Government review session will take place TODAY in room 401 from 2:45 to 4:15.
AP Environmental Science Review Session on May 2nd from 3-5 pm in Room 503. We will take a released Multiple Choice Exam during this session.
Woodcreek Dance Department Presents “Prism” an exploration of color through dance and music. Come watch Dance 1,2,3,4 perform to a wide variety of dance styles and music on May 2nd, 3rd, 4th at 7:00pm. Tickets are $10
3 on 3 Basketball Tournament for Night on the Quad: Hey! Interested in getting a basketball team together for 3 on 3 at Night on the Quad? Games start at 7:15 pm on Friday, May 10th in the large gym. Only 16 teams can play! Teams will be chosen by lottery on May 3rd at 2:35 pm in room 603 if necessary. You and your team can sign up by going to the link tinyurl.com/noq3v319 . See you there!
The Student Store Reopens on Monday, May 6th! The Student Store’s hours are changing! Commercial Guitar 2 Spring Concert ~ Motown, Then and Now: Come join Commercial Guitar 2 on Tuesday, May 14th as we explore the cultural significance of Motown in our Spring concert. The performance will feature, not only familiar hits from the past but also selections from modern popular music which demonstrate the influence of the “Motown Sound.”

Girl’s Tennis Meeting on Thursday May 9th at 2:50PM in the small gym for anyone interested in playing tennis for WHS in fall 2019.
Athlete of the Week: Congratulations to Ryan Harvey, baseball’s athlete of the week! He has 5 homeruns on the year and threw a no-hitter in the Easter Tournament! He threw a complete game against Bella Vista to put Woodcreek in sole possession of 1st place! Great job Ryan! Go Creek!
Volleyball News: Our Boys Volleyball team finished the regular season last week with an impressive win over Yuba City on Senior Night to secure a second place finish in the CVC and earn a home playoff game. Congrats to Coach Jew and the rest of his staff and of course all of the players! We host Folsom TONIGHT in the 1st Round of the SJS D1 playoffs at 7:00PM. Go ‘Creek!

Mental Health Awareness Month please join the Wellness Center and Student Government at the Inspiration Station at lunch May 1st! We will have a table set up in the quad and outside the Wellness Center where you can decorate a sticker with an inspirational message. The purpose is the spread positivity around campus during the month of May in recognition of mental health.
YogaCalm: We look forward to seeing on Wednesday’s during pack period in the Wellness Center.
Kaiser "Don't Buy the Lie" Billboard Contest: HS Grand Prize winner will receive $1,000 gift card. Open to all students in the 6th-12th grades. Your art, story, and voice will be shared all over the greater Sacramento area on billboards, radio, Twitter and more! The Goal for the 2019 poster contest is to uncover the truth about vaping/juuling and the effect it has on youth! Visit www.kpdbtl.com.
