Senior Survivor will be happening on April 4th! Get your teams together! If you are interested in participating, please pick up the Rules of Engagement Team Forms from Mrs. Becker in the Assistant Principal’s office starting Tuesday, March 19 at 7:30am. Forms are due no later than Friday, March 23 at 3:00pm. The first 10 teams to sign up will have a spot! Please see Mrs. Bell or Mr. Padilla if you have any questions.
Special Olympics Unified Sports Basketball Game ~ Oakmont HS vs Woodcreek HS: The game will be played at Oakmont HS gym on Thursday, March 21st from 3:00 to 4:00pm. Admission is FREE

Want to learn more about what it takes to be a member of Student Government? Come to an informational meeting after school TODAY from 1:50 to 2:05 pm and get your questions answered! 106.5 the end & 102.5 KSFM ~ Calling all students in the 6th-12th grades. We want to hear your VOICE about the concerns vaping is having on YOUR generation to share with YOUR Peers. Your art, story, and voice will be shared all over the greater Sacramento area on billboards, radio, Twitter and more! The Goal for the 2019 poster contest is to uncover the truth about vaping/juuling and the effect it has on youth! We want this generation to have a Smokeless Summer and beyond! Recovery Happens in collaboration with RJUHSD presents… “Staying ahead of the latest trends with substance use”. Join us Thursday, March 21, 2019 from 6:30-7:30 in the WHS Theatre.
Les Misérables is the world’s longest running musicals, an epic tale of passion and redemption in the throes of revolution. Join us April 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, 12th or 13th at 7:00pm in the WHS Theatre. Tickets are sold online (bit.ly/WHSTickets) , in the WHS Office and at the door. Doors open at 6:30pm.
Lost & Found is located in Student Service next to Attendance; if you’ve lost an item stop by to see if you’re item was turned in. We have Water Bottles, Keys, Glasses, P.E. Clothes, Jackets, Shoes, Hats, Jewelry and MORE! ALL items not claimed by Friday, April 12th will be donated.
Junior Prom Dance Bids are available now in Student Service (Attendance) and online. Dance Bids are due no later than 3;45pm on Tuesday, March 26th. Junior Prom is Saturday, March 30th from 7:00 to 10:00pm in the Cafeteria. Please view the School Dance page on the school’s website for detailed information and the dress code policy.
Junior Prom Ticket sales; March 25th, March 26th & March 27th for $15.00, March 28th & 29th for $20.00. Tickets are sold during lunch only at the outside attendance windows. tickets are never sold at the door or after school. Make sure your fines are cleared. You can give a friend money and your ID card and they can purchase a ticket for you.

Academic Enrichment courses are available during the Summer, Fall and Spring terms to current 10th and 11th grade students.
