Health provides information and decision-making skills on everyday issues that affect every aspect of your life. Topics will include drugs, alcohol, tobacco, stress reduction, sexuality, body systems, relationships, nutrition and food choices, healthy lifestyles, fitness, safety and disease prevention. Instruction includes skills for decision making, character development, the role respect and responsibility play in our lives with regard to ourselves and others, how to evaluate your own health and fitness and skills to improve your mental, physical and social well being.
