On behalf of all of us at GBHS, we want to apologize for the confusion regarding attendance calls that you may have received regarding your student yesterday, August 17. The automatic call system was reinstated by the district yesterday, and the new attendance system seems to have created a glitch in the system which caused the system to contact households even when students were present and engaged for the day. Please know that we are working feverishly to address this issue and to ensure that it does not repeat. If your student was present and engaged during their online classes yesterday, please disregard the automated attendance message that was sent.
