Strategies to maintain positive mental health:

  • Stay in a routine.
  • Get 8-10 hours of sleep daily. 
  • Practice movement (go for a walk, etc).
  • Eat a balanced diet.
  • Stay connected to your natural supports (family, friends, religious group, etc).
  • Stay connected to your teachers and on top of your school work.
  • Ask for help from your trusted adult.
