This means RHS is one of only 203 AVID National Demonstration Schools across the country, a designation and high honor that demonstrates RHS's excellence in implementing the AVID program across all grade levels. This includes providing rigorous academic courses, implementing AVID methodologies such as Cornell note-taking, inquiry, collaboration, and organization skills, as well as fostering a college-going culture throughout the school community.
Thank you to all the AVID staff dedicated to making this program a game changer for our students!
