    Final Transcripts

RJUHSD has partnered with Parchment for all electronic transcript services for current students and alumni. Parchment is a digital credential service that is widely used by high schools, colleges, and universities across the country. Transcripts ordered through Parchment are electronically delivered to the address or school of your choice in the format they prefer. Once registered you will have 24/7 access and the ability to track orders from purchase to delivery. To get started click the link below to create your Parchment account. Please register your account with a personal email address and NOT an @student.rjuhsd.us email.

    https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/6755/account

NOTE:  While you can set up your account now, and request Final Transcript now, you MUST select "HOLD FOR GRADES" when asked "when do you want this sent," in order for your final 4th quarter grades to be included.

    Senior Sunset

All graduates will attend Senior Sunset on Thursday, May 27th which begins at 6:30 PM, and goes until approximately 8:30 PM.  This is where you will receive your caps/gowns and graduation tickets, and officially "check-out" of high school.  Other activities for the evening are being planned by the class officers.  While all seniors must attend, they do not all need to arrive at 6:30, or attend the whole time.  The latest seniors can arrive to begin the check-out process will be 8:00 PM.

    Graduation Practice

All graduates will be required to attend the Graduation Practice on Friday, May 28th at 8 AM.  Students will report to Hansen Field.  Practice will be over by 11:55 AM.  Students who do not participate in the practice fully will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony that night.  Be sure to make the appropriate arrangements now.

    Senior Awards Night--May 17th

Senior Awards Night is Monday, May 17th at 7:00 PM in the Patti Baker Theater.  Due to COVID restrictions, this will be a live-streamed event.  Only Seniors receiving awards will be able to be in the theater in person.  AMA awards will be presented on Thursday, May 13th during the school day.

    Graduation

Graduation for the Class of 2021 will be held on Friday, May 28th on Hanson Field at 7:00 PM.  Admission will be restricted to only those with a wristband.  Currently, each graduate will receive 4 wristbands for either Field Seating or Stadium Seating.  Families will have an opportunity to indicate their ticket type preference.  If we have too many families requesting a particular area, we will do a lottery to determine who gets that area.  We will notify families of what type of tickets they will receive the week before graduation.

Caps and Gowns for the ceremony can be ordered through http://jostensnorcal.com.  Please place your orders ASAP.

Students are not allowed to customize their caps and gowns in any way.  Only certain academic awards are allowed to be worn during the graduation ceremony.  Students are not allowed to personalize their caps.  Per Education Code 35183.1, students may wear "traditional tribal regalia or recognized objects of cultural or religious significance" with prior approval of school administration.  If you have questions regarding this, please contact, Matt Pipitone, Assistant Principal at mpipitone@rjuhsd.us.

As this is a traditional ceremony, we ask graduates to dress semi-formally.  Ladies in dresses; gentlemen in shirts and ties.

The graduation will be livestreamed at https://youtu.be/6-yY6MsyFvM

This survey must be completed by the senior, logged into their school account.  This is to ensure that we get the proper ticket types to the proper student.  It is also to ensure that each student selects only once.  (Responses can be edited after submission.)  Choices are due no later than Friday, May 14th.  We will send an email after this due date confirming what type of tickets your family will receive.

    Graduation Readers

Seniors will select which teacher will read their name at graduation.  Seniors need to complete this form to make their selection no later than Friday, May 14th.  (NOTE:  Seniors need to be logged into their school account in order to complete the form.)
