    Designed for college preparatory students. The understanding of operations and solving equations is stressed. Students will develop proficiency in the following: using variables; exponents and powers; order of operations; equations and inequalities; functions; probability and odds; formulas; rates, ratios, and percents; graphing; slopes of lines; statistics; systems of linear equations and inequalities; exponents and exponential functions; quadratic equations and functions; polynomials and factoring; rational equations and functions; ratio and proportion; direct and inverse variation; radicals and connections to geometry; trigonometric ratios; Pythagorean theorem.

    Designed for college-preparatory students. Experience and training in logical thinking is provided. The relationship between points, segments, lines, rays, planes and space is studied. Geometric constructions, inductive and deductive reasoning, indirect and direct proofs, and properties of plane and solid figures are explored.

    Designed for college preparatory students. Topics from elementary algebra are reviewed and extended to include fractional equations, exponents, radicals, logarithms, functional relationships and trigonometry. Graphing of linear equations is introduced and explored. There will be exposure to the complex numbers systems, radical expressions, and scientific notation. Students will work with relations and functions and then corresponding domain and range.

    Designed for the college bound student who may need to take a college calculus course. Students will work on becoming proficient in the following areas: fundamentals of college level algebra, geometric and algebraic interpretations of functions, linear and quadratic inequalities, rational functions, exponential and logarithmic functions and their applications, and trigonometric functions and their properties.
