    Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 3:30PM, unless otherwise noted and except as mentioned below.

    Services:

    • Assist with any and all purchases
    • We accept cash and check only in person
    • Credit/Debit card purchases can be made online, by visiting the Titan WebStore, Antelope Titan WebStore.
    • Pick up for all ASB Student Store purchases are Wednesday’s and Friday’s during both lunches at the Student Store, located inside the cafeteria.

    Student Parking:

    All student drivers are required to register their car with student services. Limited reserved senior only, painted parking spaces are available for purchase as well. Directions can be found here to obtain either parking permit.

    Lost & Found:

    Located near Student Services in the back office area.

    Forms:

    • 2024-2025 Club Constitution Template or see Miss Hannah in Student Services. The Constitution must include hard signatures.  Please complete, sign, date, and submit to Miss Hannah in Student Services.  Hard originals with hard signatures must be kept for audit in Student Services.
    • ASB Requisitions/Payments for invoices and reimbursements, use this link, being sure to edit to include your name and email address to begin the requisition.  Whoever is initiating the requisition, do not apply signature at this time of initiating in Step 1!  Only apply a signature in the Step that asks for signature (2 for Student Officer or 3 for Advisor).  Documentation and student meeting minutes with student approval MUST be a PDF and MUST be attached to the requisition prior to routing; screenshots or pictures will not be accepted as attachments and will delay your requisition process.  Email or call Miss Hannah with any questions.
