    TRANSFERS

    Welcome to the Roseville Joint Union High School District Transfers page.  Please review the appropriate information regarding your child’s transfer.  If you have any questions or require further assistance, please contact the District Office at (916) 786-2051.  The District Office is located at 1750 Cirby Way, Roseville, CA 95661 (next to Oakmont High School).

    Refer to the forms below for current intra/interdistrict transfer openings. 
    Intradistrict transfers will be considered before interdistrict transfers. 

    All transfer requests can be submitted: In person at 1750 Cirby Way, Roseville, CA 95661 or emailed to transfers@rjuhsd.us or faxed to 916-786-2681.

    We will be accepting transfers for the 2019-2020 school year between January 22, 2019 through February 27, 2019. Any transfers applications submitted after this date may not be considered. No transfers will be accepted after July 1, 2019 for the Fall 2019 term.

    INTRADISTRICT TRANSFERS

    Intradistrict transfers are for RJUSHD students who wish to transfer from his/her school of residence to another school within the District.  While we encourage students to attend their school of residence, we make other schools available for Intradistrict Transfer when enrollment space is available and there are unique and compelling circumstances.  Transportation for Intradistrict Transfers is the responsibility of the parent.   Incoming 8th grade students or new students to RJUHSD must submit a proof residence within RJUHSD, a current grade transcript, and attendance / behavior records.

    INTERDISTRICT TRANSFERS (INCOMING)

    Incoming Interdistrict Transfers are for students who reside outside of the District boundaries, but wish to transfer into the Roseville Joint Union High School District.  To initiate this process, you must contact your District of Residence to begin the application process.  All incoming transfers must meet GPA, attendance, and behavior requirements.

    INTERDISTRICT TRANSFERS (OUTGOING)

    Outgoing Interdistrict Transfers are for students who reside within the District boundaries, but wish to transfer into another school district.  Outgoing transfers must submit an application to the Roseville Joint Union High School District for approval prior to applying to an outside District of Residence.  An Outgoing Interdistrict Transfer form can be picked at the District Office at 1750 Cirby Way, Roseville.

    INTRADISTRICT TRANSFER

    If you live inside the RJUHSD attendance boundaries and wish to apply to a different school in the district, you will need to apply for an Intradistrict Transfer.
    ALL INTRADISTRICT REQUESTS FOR CURRENT 8TH GRADERS OR NEW STUDENTS TO RJUHSD MUST INCLUDE: GRADES, ATTENDANCE AND BEHAVIOR RECORD FROM CURRENT SCHOOL, AS WELL AS A COPY OF A CURRENT UTILITY BILL. REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION.

    INTERDISTRICT TRANSFER (INCOMING)

    If you live outside the RJUHSD attendance boundaries and wish to transfer into one of our schools, you will need to apply for an Interdistrict Transfer.
    The form for this type of transfer is obtained from the resident school district office and requires their approval first.
