REQUEST A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION: To request a letter of recommendation from a counselor or teacher, download this form, fill it out by typing into it, and then save it with a new file name. Provide this to your recommenders and allow 2 weeks for them to write your letter. Remember to follow up with a thank you card or email.
