    What is it?
    The California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) is an anonymous, voluntary survey of school climate, safety, and overall student wellness. It is administered to students in grades 9 and 11 in the high school setting. Read more...

     

    When is it?
    The survey will be administered in the month of October during the School Business period held during the last 16 minutes of 2nd period.

     

    How do I opt my student out?
    View the attached form and either print and sign and drop it off in the office, or email to Mrs. Hurd with your request from the email we have on file for that student's parent/guardian at bhurd@rjuhsd.us along with who that student's 2nd period teacher is so we can also notify them.
