Hello Titans and Titan families, my name is Sonia Lazureanu (Ms. L) and I am so excited to be teaching Dance at Antelope High School! I hold a B. A. in Dance from California State University of Sacramento and an M.A. in Teaching. My love for dance and this school started right here at Antelope High as a student in 2011. I am a firm believer in the phrase, “Once a Titan, always a Titan.” My favorite style of dance to teach is Jazz.  In addition to our dance classes, I will be directing the Titan Dance Team. 

My goal for the Titan Dance Program is to create a challenging, energetic, and inclusive learning environment for students of various abilities and backgrounds to be themselves, discover a love for dancing, and most importantly, to HAVE FUN. Let’s have an amazing school year, go Titans!
