Hello, 

My name is Izzy DeGuero, the 23-24 school year is my third year teaching at Oakmont High School. I have lived in Roseville my whole life. I attended Roseville High School (don't worry, I am part of the Viking family now, GO VIKES) and then went to the University of Nevada, Reno, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Digital Media. I received my Teaching Credential from Sacramento State. 

I have always had a passion for math and came to realize that I have a passion for teaching math. 

I am obsessed with anything Disney. My favorite characters are Tinkerbell and Stitch. I also enjoy watching Doctor Who, especially when they talk about math and science in the show. (may not all be accurate but it does get you intrigued) 

This year I am teaching Pre-Calculus (1st-Period), IM1 (2nd-Period), AP Stats (3rd-Period), and IM1(4th-Period).
