Please call our Attendance Office at 916-724-1400 X 6010 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to clear an absence or to inform our office of a future absence.
To send us a voicemail, please leave the following information:
1. Your student's full name. (Please spell the student's last name.)
2. Your name and your relationship with the student.
3. The date(s) & period(s) of the absence(s) and the reason for the absence(s).
4. A good phone number to reach you in case we have questions or concerns.
If you or your student believe there is an error in their attendance record, please have your student reach out to that specific teacher to confirm their attendance on the date in question. Upon confirmation, the teacher will give written authorization to the Attendance Tech to modify your student's attendance record.
