Thank you for considering Independence High School! 

Any student within the RJUHSD boundaries can apply to attend IHS.  Students within the District that attend IHS are still eligible to participate in their zoned comprehensive site extracurricular programs such as Athletics, Dance teams, Marching Bands, etc.  

Follow the steps below to enroll at Independence High School: 

1. If interested in attending IHS, please fill out this interest form.

2. Schedule a meeting with your current high school counselor to discuss the IHS model and the reasons for transfer.  The IHS counselor will attend this meeting to answer questions.    

3. Complete the RJUHSD Intradistrict transfer form.
