Hello RJUHSD Bus Riders and Parents,
Please submit your 2020-2021 bus pass application now if you are choosing to return to on-campus learning and requesting transportation.
An approved bus pass application + $25 bus fee is required to ride. Please complete the bus pass application and submit via email to buspass@rjuhsd.us. Once the application is approved, you will be directed to make a payment through Myschoolbucks. Students must be in an eligible transportation area, there will be no exceptions.
Please read the current RJUHSD Transportation Procedures for Student Bus Riders during Covid-19 Pandemic:
-
A valid bus pass for the appropriate route and stop must be in the possession of the pass holder each time prior to boarding the school bus. Student must only use assigned bus stop. The assigned bus route driver will distribute bus passes.
-
While waiting at the bus stop, students shall practice social distancing of at least 6ft of each other. All students wear a facemask during the entire time of waiting at the bus stop and the duration of bus route including loading and unloading procedures.
-
Seating capacity will be determined by ridership & manufacture specifications. Assigned seating shall be required. Due to the potential number of students, social distancing may not be possible during the ride to/from school.
-
The existing rules of no eating or drinking on school buses are strictly enforced.
Please note that added restrictions to existing school bus rider rules and regulations are for the safety of students and drivers.
We look forward to providing the safest form of transportation for your child. If you have further questions regarding transportation, please contact 916-786-2723 or buspass@rjuhsd.us
