Maintenance & Operations
Under direction of Business Services, the Maintenance & Operations Department is responsible for maintenance of all district buildings and grounds, consisting of approximately 700,000 square feet; 5 comprehensive high schools; 1 continuation high school; 1 opportunity high school; 1 alternative high school; district office building; maintenance building; transportation buildings; and the adult school. In all, the District maintains approximately 296 classrooms, 11 offices, 8 gyms, 98 restrooms, 5 cafeterias, 3 performing arts theaters and 3 competition swimming pools.
