Mrs. Fielder attended Biola University and received her Bacholor of Science in Nursing. She went on to California State University, Long Beach to achieved a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner certificate. Mrs. Fielder worked in the acute care hospital setting for many years before becoming a credentialed school nurse. She obtained her School Nurse Credential from California State University, Fullerton. Mrs. Fielder's has been at Oakmont High School since 2017. She spent the previous three years as the credentialed school nurse at a Los Angeles area high school.

When Mrs. Fielder is not at Oakmont, she enjoys traveling the world, spending time near the ocean and playing with her small children.
