Having taught at Granite Bay HS since 2009, Mrs. Cranmer began her tenure as the IB Coordinator in August 2017. At GBHS, she has taught English 10 Honors, IB English HL-1 & 2, English 9-12, yearbook, and journalism. Mrs. Cranmer began teaching in 1994 after working in the film industry for three years. She is an avid NFL football fan (& won the school's faculty FFL once...so far) and loves Shakespeare. She is a member of the UC Davis Globe Education Academy cohort -- studying at the Globe Theatre summer teacher program in 2012 and 2016 -- and taught Shakespeare in Hong Kong as well as here in the U.S. with her Globe mentor.

Mrs. Cranmer's uses Google Classroom for students to turn in assignments and a class website for the daily agenda and instruction links. Google Classroom is active now, and the website link will be posted here as soon as it is active.
