Since teaching English for two years at Oakmont High School in 1990, I have taught U.S. History, World History, Government-Econ, Military History, IB History of the Americas and, since 1997, AP U.S. History here at Granite Bay High School.  In 2015 I was awarded the honor of being the California State Teacher of the Year in American History by the Daughters of the American Revolution.  For over twenty-years I've dedicated myself to this great school and have even watched two of my own sons flourish here.
