Scott Braly
I graduated from Humboldt State University with a B.S Degree in Natural Resources Planning and Interpretation, and minors in Fish and Wildlife Management and Socialogy. I then worked seasonally for the U.S Forest Service, in retail, and as a whitewater rafting guide, including spending eight summers as an Alaskan Fishing and Rafting Guide. I eventually went back to school and earned a Life Sciences Teaching Credential at Sacramento State University. I have been teaching for 25 years, and I'm one of the original teachers at Granite Bay. It's been a great adventure helping to open the school in 1996, seeing it grow, change, and mature over the years, and especially having the opportunity to meet and teach so many fantastic young people. I enjoy time with family and in the outdoors. My favorite activities are fishing, hunting, hiking, gardening, cooking, woodworking, and antique collecting. I am the faculty advisor and assistant coach for the Granite Bay Trap Shooting Team/Sportsman's Club.
