Mrs. Suanne Bell
I would like to thank you all for your support during the Pandemic that has rocked our world, and specifically the educational system. At Woodcreek, it is a priority to provide a rigorous educational experience while guiding our students to find their passion for life after high school. We will continue to provide academic and social emotional supports, even while working in a Dynamic Online Learning schedule. We are committed to equity and to providing an inclusive education for ALL students. We appreciate the support from our Woodcreek families and look forward to working with all of you this year.
Just a little bit about me...My family has lived in the Roseville area for 7 generations, and I am excited to live and work in the community where I grew up! I am currently in my 9th year at Woodcreek High School. I taught English for 2 years, was an Assistant Principal for 5 years, and I am currently in my 2nd year as Principal. I have also worked at Oak Ridge High School (CA), Luehrs Junior High School (TX), Lemoore High School (CA), Keone'ula Elementary School (HI), and Jamison High School (CA) before moving back to Roseville and joining the Woodcreek team. I have coached swimming, volleyball, basketball, track, and soccer and have served as Activities Director. I have also taught English, Leadership, PE, Culinary/Health, and online courses. Once my husband retired from a career flying jets in the Navy, our family was fortunate to settle back in the local area.
When I am not working and my family is home, we enjoy skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and traveling together. We have one son attending flight school for the Navy, one son who attends the Naval Academy, and our daughter is a freshman at San Diego State University. I am passionate about working with students and their families and love living in this area! I am thankful to work with all of the students, families, and staff at Woodcreek High School. Go Creek!
To foster an environment where our WHS staff feels valued and supported so our team can inspire students to discover and work toward their passion for life after high school.
