My name is Sheila Noyes and I am a Special Services Coordinator for RJUHSD at Antelope High School. I work with students with special needs attending IEP meetings, counseling, and helping students graduate. I taught special education classes in South Sacramento for 4 years and 12 years at Woodcreek High School. I have been a Special Services Coordinator in the distict for 10 years now.
