I recieved my Bachelor's degree at the University of Portland where I also played four years of Division 1 Soccer.  After college I played two years of professional soccer and began coaching girl's youth soccer teams in the Sacramento Area. Athletics and fitness have always been a passion of mine and I decided that I wanted to teach young kids the importance of fitness not only as a daily routine but as a life long practice. I've been teaching physical education at Antelope High School since 2008.
