Following graduation from University, Mrs. Natalie Martinez taught French for 6 years in the US before moving abroad to teach Social Studies.  She taught History, Economics, Government, Geography, and Sociology for 10 years in Honduras, China, and South Korea before returning to the US. In 2015, Mrs. Martinez moved home to the Roseville area and has been teaching at Oakmont ever since. 

Mrs. Martinez is the 6th consecutive generation of her family to be born in the State of California, however she spent her formative years living in Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Québec, Missouri, and Illinois.  Mrs. Martinez enjoys gardening, visiting family, and exploring California with her husband.  Though she sometimes misses her international adventures, she is very happy to be living near family again and is enjoying all of the the wonders of California.
