Mrs. Elizabeth Yim has been working at her alma mater, Oakmont High School, since 2012.  She is a member of the mathematics department.  She currently teaches  Integrated Math 3, PreCalculus, and TQR Senior Math although she has experience and enjoys teaching students at all levels.  

Elizabeth returned to Oakmont after teaching in Rio Vista, California and overseas in Paris, France.  She is a graduate of CSU Chico where she majored in mathematics with an emphasis on education.  She began teaching as an intern in the Chico State classrooms her sophomore year of college.

Elizabeth is married to Jeremy, a material scientist and engineering manager.  In 2017, they welcomed their first child, Dylan.  Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her immediate and extended family.  She likes to travel and have lunch with her friends.  She is a Giants and Warriors fan and grew up playing softball and soccer.
