Mrs. Wendy Cox

Mrs. Wendy Cox has been teaching in the Family & Consumer Science Department at Oakmont High School since 2003. Mrs. Cox currently teaches two sections of Culinary 1 and one section of Culinary 2. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Mrs. Cox has been involved in other areas on campus including CTE Department Coordinator, class advisor, club advisor, various catering jobs for school events, and running the on-campus preschool, Tiny Vikes.

Mrs. Cox is married with one son and a step-son and lives in Rocklin. She enjoys creating a healthy lifestyle for herself and family through cooking, exercise, home improvements and gardening. Mrs. Cox is also a FCS curriculum writer for both CTE Online and the CA Family and Consumer Science Department of Education as well as a featured presenter at many CA Child Development workshops.
