Shannon Martinez has been teaching at Oakmont High School since 1998.  She has a BA in Fine Arts and a minor in English from California State University, Sacramento, and obtained her teaching credential in 1998.  Mrs. Martinez has taught the following subjects: Basic Art, Art 1, Graphic Design, Ceramics 1, Ceramics 2, AP Art History, English 9, Computer Applications 1 & 2, Small Business Enterprise, and Viking Printing Press.

She is an alumnus from Oakmont and enjoys movies, the New York Yankees, Golden State Warriors, and of course time with her 2 boys and husband.
