Hello! I have had a passion for Physical Education, playing sports, and fitness my entire life. I started my teaching career in 1997 at Rancho Cotate High School in Rohnert Park. Since then I have spent the last 22 years teaching and coaching here at RHS. I currently teach PE 9 and PE 10. I'm originally from Marin County but over the last 22 years the people I've worked with and the Roseville Community have helped made Roseville my home. I enjoy working hard to motivate my students and to give them an environment where they feel safe, they can try new things, and be successful.

I played basketball at the collegiate level for Sacramento State and Sonoma State, and have coached basketball for the past 27 years. I just completed my 20th season as the Varsity Boys Basketball Coach for the Tigers.

When I'm not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife and I have three kids and a 3 year old grandson. Our daughter Kayla graduated in 2011, our son Sean graduated in 2017, and our daughter Taigan was a part of the graduating class of 2020. They are all graduated from RHS and are Tigers for Life!
