I grew up in Santa Rosa, CA, and moved to the Roseville area in 2004.
I went to college at CSU, Chico, where I was in the Honors Program and competed in cross country and track. During that time, I also had the honor of being an NCAA Student Athlete Representative, representing DII student athletes from the NorCal region. I earned my teaching credential under the supervision and direction of Dominican University (now Dominican University of CA), and I earned an MA in Mathematics Education from Western Governors University.
I have been teaching at RHS since 2005. During my time at RHS, I have taught a variety of math classes, Positive Power, AVID, and ELD. I have also coached cross country and track as both head and assistant coach. I am currently teaching Integrated Math 1.
I love to be outdoors in Placer County doing things with my husband and dogs, like running, camping, dirtbike riding, and boating.
My primary True Color is blue. My secondary true color is green.
