Mrs. Amy Mowrer
Mrs. Mowrer has been teaching English and French at Roseville High School since 2002. She is English Department Co-Chair and Content Teacher Lead.
When she's not scoring papers, Mrs. Mowrer enjoys reading, running, and traveling with her husband of 26 years and their four children.

English 11 CP - Periods 1, 2 & 4
College-preparatory English 11 is designed to continue developing English/Language Arts skills and is alinged with current Common Core Stat Standards for academic success. This course focuses on American Literature from the Puritans through post-modernism.
Dual Enrollment English 1A
Dual Enrollment English 1A is a first year college composition course that meets requirements for both high school graduation and English 1A at Sierra College. Students read a variety of texts, with an emphasis on nonfiction, participate in collaborative discussions, and write a minimum of 6500 words of expository and argumentative prose.
