Welcome to my page!
I have the privilege of being one of two full time Culinary and Hospitality Management Instructors. I am also the FACS Department Chair, WASC Coordinator, School Site Council President and District CTE Lead Teacher.
Roseville High School has been my home away from home for fifteen years. The majority of this time has been spent helping build our Career Technical Education Pathway, Culinary and Hospitality Management, teaching mostly the introductory courses. During that time I have also developed the Nutrition Pathway that included Eat for Fitness and Health. I have a passion for helping students discover their potential and exposing them to new delicious foods that they can make from scratch.
This school year I have also been given the opportunity to teach two sections of Adulthood 101. Getting to work with our upperclassman on real life skills has been rewarding and inspiring.
The Culinary and Hospitality Management Pathway at Roseville High School provides an elective outlet to express their creativity, development of workplace skills and the education foundation for Foodservice and Hospitality Management in post-secondary education.
