Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)

LCAP Overview

The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year plan that describes the goals actions, services, and expenditures that support positive educational outcomes for all students. The LCAP address the eight priority areas defined by the state and provides an opportunity for Roseville Joint Union to share information about programs and services that selected to meet local needs.

RJUHSD's LCAP has been designed to meet the needs of all students, in particular our English Learners, foster  and homeless youth, socioeconomically disadvantaged students, and students with disabilities.

The Board of Education adopts the LCAP each year in June.
