Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)

LCAP Overview

The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures that support positive educational outcomes for all students. The LCAP addresses the eight priority areas defined by the state and provides an opportunity for Roseville Joint Union to share information about programs and services that have been selected to meet local needs.

RJUHSD's LCAP has been designed to meet the needs of all students, in particular our English Learners, foster and homeless youth, socioeconomically disadvantaged students, and students with disabilities.

The Board of Education adopts the LCAP each year in June.

LCAP Advisory Meetings 2025-26

The RJUHSD LCAP Advisory for the upcoming school year will meet monthly at the District Office Board Room.

Our primary objective each month is to connect and provide insightful data analysis for each of our metrics within Goals 1-3. Additionally, we will work together to identify key areas of strength and growth. The valuable feedback provided will guide our exploration of effective strategies to best support student success within our school communities.
