Mission

Provide every student with the career education, experience, and skills to enter post-secondary training, education, and be competitive for careers with opportunities for advancement and growth.

What is CTE?

Career Technical Education (CTE) combines traditional academic coursework with practical, hands-on training to prepare students for both college and future careers. By completing a structured pathway of courses over several years, students build real-world skills, gain clear direction, and stay motivated in their education.

Opportunities in RJUHSD

The Roseville Joint Union High School District offers 5 to 6 distinct CTE programs at every high school, spanning 13 major industry sectors—from Engineering and Health Science to Business and Trades. 

Hands-On Experience & Career Readiness

Through local business internships and collaboration with industry professionals, RJUHSD students apply what they learn in class to real workplace settings. Enrolling in CTE gives students a distinct head start, helping them test out potential career paths while building competitive, practical job skills.
