Understanding Assessment Results

Assessment results provide one source of information about student learning. They are most useful when considered alongside classroom performance, teacher observations, student work, course grades, and other measures of student progress.

State assessment results can help students, families, educators, schools, and the district identify strengths, monitor progress, and determine areas where additional attention or support may be needed.
