Ms. Carissa Jones
I have taught Culinary Arts for seven years, both secondary and post-secondary (college). Cooking from scratch and using the seasonal bounty that we are blessed with in California is my primary focus. In the past year my partner teacher Melanie Prosser and I have begun incorporating regenerative farming, sustainability and solutions for food waste into our curriculum. I look forward to seeing new students every semester and I can't wait for the next batch!
