Messages to Community and RJUHSD Families

Dear RJUHSD Community,

I am John Becker, Superintendent of the Roseville Joint Union High School District. Whether you are joining our district for the first time or returning for another year, it is my privilege to welcome you to the RJUHSD family.

Our guiding theme for this academic year is Momentum, a momentum that you, as a community, have actively built. Over the past year, we celebrated significant growth in district-wide English and Mathematics achievement, maintained exceptional Advanced Placement performance, and excelled across championship athletics and standout performing arts programs. Most importantly, student engagement reached unprecedented levels across our campuses.

The foundation of our success lies entirely within our people, in our dedicated staff, our classrooms, our homes, and every corner of our community. This year is about intentionally building upon those strengths together. In practice, that means delivering powerful teaching and learning in every classroom every day, maintaining clear communication as a unified community, and providing the support every student needs to graduate fully prepared for college, a career, or a professional credential.

Momentum does not belong simply to the most talented; it belongs to the most committed. Thank you for your continued partnership and dedication to our students. Let us build upon our success and keep this momentum going. We are RJUHSD.
