  • Installing Adobe CC apps can be done both on district computers (and for some CC Apps Chromebooks) as well as personal machines. This means that you can work from home or for students means that they can complete homework for specific Adobe apps without needing to be on a district computer.

How to use in class

  • There are many reasons you might want to utilize one of Adobe's many products in your classroom. Below is a small list of what those reasons may be:

    • Opening and editing PDFs 
      • converting those PDFs in to a Word Document/editable text. 
    • Editing videos in a professional/semi-professional manner. 
    • Editing photos, including color and image correction as well as Photoshopping a picture to remove or add pieces
    • Creating digital art or workspaces that enable you to portray curicullum in a different and engaging new way.
    • Having a document that needs to be signed and verified by multiple people.
  • Installing apps with Adobe CC is easy. Please note, you may need administrative privilege. If you are using an RJUHSD computer and need CC installed please contact Help@rjuhsd.us 

    Otherwise here is how to install CC apps:


    Sign in to creativecloud.adobe.com/apps, then click either Download or Install for the app you want to install. 

    Looking for the Creative Cloud desktop app? It installs automatically with your first app. If you prefer, you can download it directly

     
    • Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.

    Download a Creative Cloud appInstall a Creative Cloud app

    • Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation. 
    • On successful installation, the Creative Cloud desktop app launches at the same time as your Creative Cloud app.
      • To install more apps, click Install for the app in the Creative Cloud desktop app.
