• How to Check what Textbooks, Library Books and Fines a Student has

    To see what materials that are assigned to you and for any library fines, please log in to your library account.

    • Go to the  Library System Website.  

    • Students will select Oakmont High School on the list.

    • Once on the OHS page, the Login button is found in the upper right corner of the website


    Students need to use:

    firstname.lastname (all lowercase) as the User Name

    6 digit school ID as their Password

    School/Class/Athletic Fines are found on Homelink.  Login using either parent or student account.

    • Go to the menu Student Info and then to Fees and Fines

    • If there are no fines, the page will be empty.  If there are fines, please review and pay.


    How do I clear my fines?

    • Students can pay by Cash OR Credit Card in Student Services

    • Students can either mail a check made out to Oakmont for the full amount due (please make sure the student name and 6 digit ID number is clearly written on the check)

      • In the envelope, please enclose a piece of paper with the following information:

        • name and id#

        • type of fine - i.e. library $1.25, PE $10.00, etc.

  • Aeries Communications - ParentSquare Information

    RJUHSD uses Aeries Communications powered by ParentSquare, primarily with email, text and app notifications. Aeries Communications powered by ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using the registered Aeries email address and phone number.

    We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can update notification preferences. Aeries Communications can be accessed by Single Sign On through the Aeries portal, downloading the app, or on the web at https://www.parentsquare.com/signin.

    Here’s what you can do with Aeries Communications powered by ParentSquare:
    ● Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification
    ● Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once at 6pm daily
    ● Communicate in your preferred language
    ● Direct message teachers, staff and other parents
    ● Participate in group messages

  • Freshman and New Students Logging into Aeries for the first time

    1. Login to student gmail account (firstname.lastname@student.rjuhsd.us, password is their student ID #)
    2. They must look for an email with the subject line: "Welcome to Homelink - New Student Account Created". It will be one of the very first email's they received to their student email. 
    3. Open that email. There will be a link to Aeries as well as a temporary password to get into Aeries. 

    They MUST complete this step.

    Please leave the following information in the message and we will respond within 24-36 hours:

    • Student’s name,
    • school they attend,
    • grade level,
    • parent name,
    • a callback number and
    • a brief description of the issue.

  • Homelink - Checking Student Grades and Attendance

    To access Homelink, use this following website: https://www.rjuhsd.us/homelink

    • Student HomeLink accounts are predefined to match their district email account (firstname.lastname@student.rjuhsd.us is the typical login set up)

    • Parent\Guardian HomeLink accounts are created using the email account(s) provided during the student registration or data confirmation process.
