The RJUHSD Technology Department would like to remind everyone of their options in submitting a technology support request so that we may continue to help facilitate your creative needs.
1. Email: Help@rjuhsd.us
It’s fast and easy. When you email email@example.com, a ticket is automatically generated in the Freshdesk ticketing system using your district email credentials. Once created, your ticket will be assigned to the appropriate technology representative to assist you in your request. Everything is logged and tracked, and you will continuously be updated throughout the process.
2. Call: Extension 1234
For urgent needs, calling x1234 is a good way to obtain immediate assistance. We keep our helpdesk fully staffed during normal business hours. In calling the helpdesk, if you are routed to voicemail, please keep in mind that it is due to higher call volume and our technology representative is assisting another staff member. If this happens, leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
3. Login to Freshdesk.com: rjuhsd.freshdesk.com
For the power users who want a hands-on approach to submitting and monitoring a work order. You can log into our Freshdesk ticketing system to generate and track technology requests. From the homepage select Login, then select Login using Google. From there you can utilize your district-provided Google account to log in.
4. Download the Freshdesk App!
For the ultra-power user on the go. Download the Freshdesk mobile app available to download from the Google Play and Apple Store. NOTE: We already push the Freshdesk app to all district Chrome devices (located in the app section of your Chrome OS).
