• Facilities Development

     Under the direction of Business Services, the Facilities Development Department provides planning, design and construction management of facility improvements including new construction, modernizations, and capital improvement projects.  The departemnt is also responsible for financial managment of facility projects, securing state funding for new school construction and modernization projects through the School Facility Program and collection of development impact fees.
