    Therapeutic Intervention Program

The therapeutic intervention program is located at Challenge High School, which is adjacent to the Woodcreek High School main campus.   It provides specialized academic instruction, behavioral supports, and therapeutic interventions that address severe and educationally-relevant social and/or emotional difficulties and enable those students to derive significant educational benefits from their school program.  More specifically, students typically receive a variety of interventions such as small class size, a small school campus environment, rigorous specialized academic instruction, intensive staff support and supervision, a behavioral system to manage and enhance student conduct; weekly individual meetings with staff to provide students with feedback and guidance regarding their school performance, as well as various counseling services to work on conflict resolution, social skills training, communication skills, and study skills, etc.
