2024-2025 Enrollment for Grades 10, 11 & 12

  • Steps for enrolling your student for the current 2024-2025 school year:

    IMPORTANT - If you are enrolling your student for the current school year, please notify the West Park HS Registrar via email at rdhaliwal@rjuhsd.us once you submit the enrollment application so that the process can be expedited. 

     

    Step 1:

    Verify you reside within West Park HS Boundaries 

    Please use this School Locator to verify which school you are assigned to.  Just because West Park is your closest school doesn't guarantee that your address falls within our attendance boundaries. 

     


    Step 2:

    Course Request

    Review our 2024-2025 Course Catalog. Then complete the grade appropriate course request form (linked below). Completed Course Selections will need to be uploaded with your online enrollment during step 3. 

    • Grade 9 course selections will be emailed to you once you submit the Google form linked below. Please upload that document with your enrollment application.
    • Grades 10-12, you will need to print the course selection forms linked below, complete and scan/upload to your enrollment application.

    Step 3: 

    Gather all required documents (listed below) and submit your student's enrollment application through our Online Enrollment Portal. The process takes approximately 30 minutes and you must fill out all of the information completely. You will not be able to submit your student's enrollment without uploading the required documents, so you will want to have everything ready before you begin the online process. 

    Incomplete, expired or incorrect documents will not be processed and will delay your student's enrollment. Please ensure proof of residence documents have current dates and list parent/guardian names as well as the residence address. Screenshots are not accepted and will result in an incomplete application.

    Documents Required to Complete Enrollment: 

    • Mortgage Statement, Purchase Agreement or Rental/Lease Agreement -- Must display parent/guardian name, residence address, current dates (or month-to-month continuation if lease). Agreements must also be signed by both Seller/Buyer or Landlord/Tenant. Purchase agreements will only be accepted in cases where you have not moved into your home yet or have not received your first mortgage statement.

    • City of Roseville, PG&E or Conservice utility bill -- parent/guardian name, service address, mailing address and current statement date required.

    • Medical or State record of Student Immunizations -- Screenshots are not acceptable. (See Required Immunizations)

    • Student Birth Certificate
    • Valid Parent/Guardian Legal Photo Identification

    • Grade Level Course Request worksheet (see step 2 above)

    • Unofficial Academic Transcript (Required for all grade levels except for incoming Freshmen)

    • Withdrawal Grades from previous school

    Additional documents required when applicable: 

    Please Note: All Shared Residences and Caregiver Affidavits require administrator approval and are verified by our school resource officer through home visits and other methods of address verification. Students who are found to be enrolled under a false address will be disenrolled by administrators immediately.



    Please remember, for current 2023-2024 school year enrollments, please email the registrar at rdhaliwal@rjuhsd.us once you submit the enrollment application.

    Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, those with missing/unacceptable/expired documents will be delayed. Please expect to receive an update within 2 weeks of submission.
