Oakmont Hall of Fame Inductee - 2021

Eric Hoffman - Student Athlete Class of 1986

       Eric was a varsity swimmer all 4 years at Oakmont High. He was on many relay teams that still hold the OHS records. As a senior, he won the SFL 50 meter free, as well as winning the SJS section meet for the same race (he was Oakmont’s 1^st gold medal winner). It was his favorite experience while a Viking.  “I did compete at the highest levels, but was never gifted to be the top in the world… lessons of dedication, training, and trying to make oneself better does cross over into every aspect of our lives. I am now a father of five daughters, and still enjoy swimming.”
