If students have Zoom issues:
- Check your @student.rjuhsd.us email to see if you have an authentication notice asking you to update and authenticate your Zoom account.
- Access Zoom meetings only through the link provided by your teacher! Do not join Zoom by clicking the zoom icon, or through zoom.us

If students have hardware issues with their district-issued Chromebook, they can come to the library daily to get a loaner and request a repair (see Chromebooks).
A Good Idea:
Bring your chromebook charger with you to school each day. That way, if you run out of power, you are not out of luck. Just plug in and keep going!
The library does NOT loan out chargers. So be smart and keep that charger in your backpack.
